Commissions

Like my style?  Have a specific project in mind?  I take commissioned work!  All the art is digital, just so you know.  Here’s how the process works:

  • In your message, tell me what you want the picture to be; you can be as detailed or vague as you want.  Also give me a brief explanation as to what this art will be used for (personal viewing, a logo, a gift, a comic, etc).  If you want to print it out and frame it, tell me and I’ll make it the appropriate size and resolution.
  • After it’s understood what will be made, there will be a small contract we both have to sign.
  • I require half of the fee to be paid up front (so I can’t get screwed over, not that I don’t trust you), and the rest after it’s finished.
  • I will also check in a couple times during the process.  I will show you the work-in-progress after it’s all sketched out, and then again after it’s inked before I start adding color, just so we can make sure that it’s exactly what you want.
  • I have a turn-around time of two weeks at the absolute most, though some drawings might take less than one.
  • Once I’m finished, I will send you a small, low quality preview of the finished piece.  After I get the rest of the payment, then I’ll send the actual thing.

A couple things to note:

  • Each drawing will cost anywhere from $25 – $50 depending on how complex it is, paid through PayPal.
  • I retain the right to refuse any commissions, although that really won’t happen unless it’s something crazy offensive;  nudity’s fine as long as it’s in good taste.
